ABOUT

In my early years through high school I was enrolled in many drawing classes, but I would say my creative career actually began as a line-cook at the age of fifteen. This is where I learned and gained precious experience in highly demanding, and often chaotic environments, where the finished product expects excellence regardless of the surroundings. Working for eleven years in high end restaurant kitchens of Chicago granted me unforgettable skills and insight into how to work smart, what hard work is, and how to execute with exactness and detail.

Cooking carried me through art school. I graduated with a BFA in Graphic Design and noticed that the food world didn't cut ties even after I traded in my knives for design apps and a desk. My early years were focused on typography, branding, print and CPG design. Looking to always gain new experiences and try out different aspects of the ad world I naturally gravitated to art direction where larger scope projects and in depth campaign building paired well with my creative design talents. 

Currently you will find me in edit bays, on set or pitching work, but never not designing. A smart, unique approach to design is an integral part to any project that I can get my hands on and I believe it is the core to success.
